Free Doorstep Delivery is scheduled from 9AM-9PM. No specific timing request is allowed. Self collection can be arranged from our studio at: 3 New Industrial Road, Kimly Building #03-01, S536197.
Things to Note:
- No product changes are allowed once the order has been placed.
- Any changes to shipping details must be informed to us by 11 February, 23:59.
- Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival.
- Orders will be deemed failed under circumstances such as: Incorrect shipping details, Restricted access to the building, Driver leaving after waiting 5 minutes, Buyer or recipient uncontactable, etc.
-No deliveries to hospitals during this period.
- Failed deliveries are subject to a $25 redelivery charge.
- Redelivery date and timing will be scheduled according to Anndol Floral’s availability.
