Delivery Charges
All our products are inclusive of delivery charges, no additional delivery charge is required upon check out.
Delivery Days, Timing, and Locations
We offer 3 free same day delivery time slots:
10AM-2PM (Cuts off by 8AM)
2PM-6PM (Cuts off by 12PM)
6PM-10PM (Cuts off by 2PM)
Sundays: 10AM-2PM Slot only, cuts off by 2PM on Saturday.
Public Holidays
Only 10AM-2PM slots are available and order will cut off by 2PM one day before.
For all deliveries:
Kindly ensure you or the recipient are available during the delivery window!
Please ensure you are available during the delivery window or make arrangements to collect your items from our studio.
Our trusted delivery partner will deliver your flowers within the time slots stated and we have no control over any specific delivery timing requested. If you require your order to reach you at a specific time (ie. 2pm - 3pm), there will be an additional surcharge of $25 for such services.
Restricted Areas
We are happy to deliver island-wide, except for the following locations:
- Army Bases
- Jurong Island
- Penjuru
- Tuas
- Airline Road
- Sentosa
Changes to Delivery Timing / Location
Any changes to the delivery timing have to be done at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address on the date and time stated to collect the flowers personally.
Re-delivery Charges
In the event that a re-delivery is required, an additional fee of $20 will be applied to your order. We do not bear any responsibility for any missing or wrong information. This extends to, but not exclusive of: incorrect address, unable to contact both recipient and sender, incomplete address (no unit number, etc). We will contact you directly and payment has to be remitted prior to the re-delivery.
Schedule of re-delivery or self collection will be based on our schedule.
