- Free doorstep delivery will be carried out between 9AM–9PM. Specific delivery time requests are not available.
- Self-collection is available at our studio: 3 New Industrial Road, Kimly Building #03-01, S536197.
- Kindly note that deliveries to hospitals will not be accepted during this period.
- A redelivery fee of $25 will apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address, inaccessible premises, inability to leave items at guardhouse/concierge, uncontactable recipient, or if the driver is required to wait more than 5 minutes from the first point of contact. Redelivery timing will follow AnndolFloral’s schedule.
- Any changes to order details (e.g. delivery information) must be submitted by 8th May 2026, 2:00 PM. Requests after this deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- All orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.
