Deliveries to hospital will not be accepted during this Period.
For any failed deliveries due to wrong/missing address provided, driver unable to enter the premise or leave the item at guardhouse/concierge, recipient uncontactable, driver waited more then 5mins for instructions, will have a redelivery charge of $25.00. Redelivery timing will be based on AnndolFloral schedule.
Last minute cancellation of orders will be refunded via store credits only.
