Weddings Faux Floral Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period

  • Rental items are provided for use on the agreed wedding/event date only.
  • All items remain the property of AnndolFloral.
  • Rental period includes setup and collection on the agreed date and time.
  • Extended rental periods may incur additional charges.

 

2. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit equivalent to 50% of the package value is required. 
  • The deposit amount will be fully refunded within 7–14 working days upon the timely return of all rental items in their original condition.

 

3. Damage & Loss
  • Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during the rental period.
  • Charges for repairs or replacement will be assessed based on the extent of damage.
  • Faux flowers, ribbons, accessories, and decorative elements that are detached, stained, torn, or lost may incur replacement fees.

 

4. Setup & Tear Down
  • Setup and tear down fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
  • Setup and tear down timings must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
  • The client shall ensure venue access is available during the agreed setup and tear down times.
  • Additional charges will apply for:
    • Early morning setup/tear down (before 9:00 AM)
    • Late-night tear down/setup (after 8:00 PM)
    • Delays caused by venue restrictions or waiting time
    • Last-minute changes to setup or tear down schedules
    • Additional trips required due to access issues or schedule amendments

 

5. Venue Access
  • The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, loading bay access, parking arrangements, and venue approvals.
  • Any venue-imposed fees, permits, or charges shall be borne by the client.

 

6. Tear Down

  • Floral installations, arches, and rental décor must not be dismantled, moved, or removed by the client, venue staff, or third parties unless otherwise agreed.
  • Our team will perform the tear down at the scheduled time.
  • Any damage incurred prior to or during unauthorised dismantling may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

 

 7. Car Floral Installation

  • Vehicle must be brought to our studio for installation at the scheduled appointment time. Our team will contact you after your order is placed to coordinate and confirm the installation details.
  • On-site installation at the client's location is available at an additional charge of $100, subject to availability.
  • The vehicle must be clean and accessible for installation.
  • Once installed, the client assumes responsibility for the floral decorations.
  • We are not liable for damage or displacement caused by driving conditions, weather, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Floral decorations must not be removed, adjusted, or reinstalled by the client or any third party.
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorised removal or mishandling may incur replacement charges.

 

 8. Condition of Rental Items

  • Rental items may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal use.
  • Customers acknowledge that faux flowers are handcrafted and slight variations may exist.

 

 9. Prohibited Use

  • Rental flowers must not be altered, repainted, cut, dismantled, or modified.
  • Floral arrangements must not be exposed to rain, water, excessive heat, or open flames.

 

 10. Weather Conditions
  • Customers are responsible for protecting rental flowers from adverse weather conditions.
  • Damage caused by rain, strong winds, or outdoor environmental conditions may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • The vendor is not responsible for damage caused by adverse weather conditions after setup.

 

 11. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable upon confirmation.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • In the event of cancellation, any payments made may be forfeited.

 

 12. Photography & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to use photographs of our floral arrangements for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

 

 13. Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or consequential costs arising from the use of rental items.
  • Customers assume responsibility for the safe handling and use of all rental products.

 

 14. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all rental terms and conditions stated herein.
